How to to Avoid Imprisonment
Due to the way that the Law operates most of you will be aware by now that, to have your rights maintained in Law you have to claim them, otherwise there is a maxim that states “he who does not know the law, has no rights”.
Therefore there is a simple way to avoid being incarcerated for anything outside of COMMON LAW criminal Jurisdiction and that is to quote [emaillocker]the European Convention of Human Rights Protocol 4, Article 1 which states “Prohibition of imprisonment for debt – No one shall be deprived of his liberty merely on the ground of inability to fulfil a contractual obligation.”
Any Order issued by an Administrative Court is a contractual obligation and therefore is a debt you owe to the Court, as such if you fully comprehend this and can relay it to the Court in such a way as they comprehend and understand you, in written form, ideally via a sworn statutory declaration prior to any hearing, then any Law abiding Court is not permitted to send you to Prison, whether this be for non payment of a debt, contempt of Court, gagging Order or any other Order that has not been issued before a Jury at trial.
The treaty as written about above is fully ratified by the United Kingdom and therefore has full force of Law. It should be noted that often miscarriages of justice happen, therefore in this scenario, upon any appeal of sentence being currently served then this part of Administrative Law may be cited in any appeal. Many thanks to Dean Kory.
MUST UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND EQUITY/TRUSTS
1. The “Contract” makes the law
2. Torts are NOT eligable where there IS a contract, Torts are enforceable where there is NO contract
3. If you are in court for ANY contract! I REPEAT ANY CONRACT! you have lost your constitutional rights! Again, the contract makes the law, the federal judges KNOW this, and so should you. The contract is binding, UNLESS you “expressley” RESERVE your rights under the constitution and bill of rights IN THAT instrument i.e. contract. Otherwise, it should not be rocket science that when Judges say in numerous court cases that “the constitution does not apply here” the reader, the petitioners, or protestor NEVER SEEM TO LET THIS SINK IN, the judge can not breach trust, the judge is merely ruling on the contract.
4. you can NOT mix Public Rights i.e. Bill of Rights, Constitution with Private Privileges. Judges know and so should you that Private Contracts are binding, express, and overule the bill or rights, constitution, treaties, charters, etc. it is what it is, PRIVATE! between you and another party. When the initial contracted parties can not come to an agreement, the court is forced in as the third party to move the parties to act on that contract.
Code of Honor
HONESTY AND JUSTICE
Be acutely honest throughout your dealings with all people. Believe in justice, not from other people, but from yourself. To the true Warrior, there are no shades of gray in the question of honesty and justice. There is only right and wrong.
A Warrior has no reason to be cruel. They do not need to prove their strength. A Warrior is courteous even to his enemies. Without this outward show of respect, we are nothing more than animals.
Rise up above the masses of people who are afraid to act. Hiding like a turtle in a shell is not living at all. A Warrior must have heroic courage. It is absolutely risky, it is dangerous. It is living life completely, fully, wonderfully. Heroic courage is not blind, it is intelligent and strong.
A true Warrior has only one judge of honor, and this is himself. Decisions you make and how these decisions are carried out are a reflection of whom you truly are. You cannot hide from yourself.
Through intense training the Warrior becomes quick and strong. He is not as other men. He develops a power that must be used for the good of all. He has compassion. He helps his fellow man at every opportunity. If an opportunity does not arise, he goes out of his way to find one.
When a Warrior has said he will perform an action, it is as good as done. Nothing will stop him from completing what he has said he will do. He does not have to “give his word.” He does not have to
DUTY AND LOYALTY
For the Warrior, having done some “thing” or said some “thing,” he knows he owns that “thing.” He is responsible for it, and all the consequences that follow. A Warrior is immensely loyal to those in his care, to those he is responsible for, he remains fiercely true.
