H yperNormalisation is a 2016 film by BBC documentary by British filmmaker Adam Curtis. In the film, Curtis argues that since the 1970s, governments, financiers, and technological utopians have given up on the complex “real world” and built a simple “fake world” that is run by corporations and kept stable by politicians.
When Dr. Alejandro Junger first introduced us to Anthony William—author of the fascinating forthcoming read, Medical Medium Thyroid Healing—we were immediately taken by his readings: He can scan the body from afar, and with the help of “Spirit,” explain what ails or does not, whether it’s a benign growth near the liver, an over-taxed adrenal system, or a rare blood disorder that might become a nuisance.
What’s even more compelling is that his explanations for what’s actually going on are rooted in common sense, and he proposes simple, nature-rooted remedies, like Read More
If you take a look around, modern humanity is quite clearly facing an unprecedented crisis of deteriorating health. And beneath the surface, for those able and willing to see the truth, the various health conditions that increasingly plague the average man and woman appear to be intentionally inflicted as part of a covert effort to reduce the world’s population and create a paradise on Earth for the elites — with much fewer of the rest of us!
The following 11 common health symptoms point to a sinister, “slow kill” agenda that’s been designed to quietly cull the masses without overt fanfare:
1) Gut and digestion issues. The digestive tract acts as the command center of the human immune system, representing about 80% or more of immune function. And this system is increasingly under attack from things like genetically modified organisms (GMOs), pesticides, antibiotics, sugar and chemicals in food.
(see our Heal Ur Gut protocol for help resolving this)
2) Chronic fatigue and low energy. How many people do you know that rely on coffee or other stimulants just to function normally? Chronic exposure to pollution and persistent stress, as well as vulnerability to electromagnetic radiation, psychological attacks and other environmental factors all contribute to a lack of vitality, something that our government could address but deliberately won’t. Hypothyroid conditions go undiagnosed, please our Medical Medium product range and read this article for help resolving chronic low energy / hypothyroid / adrenal exhaustion)
3) Obesity, diabetes and other dietary conditions. What constitutes “food” today represents such a radical departure from the real thing that most people today don’t even realize that they consume literal poisons on a daily basis. Meanwhile, true healing foods and herbs like raw milk and cannabis (marijuana) remain prohibited. These are all contributing factors to rampant obesity, diabetes and metabolic disorders.
4) Disorientation and brain fog. Thinking clearly and cognitively is becoming increasingly difficult for many people, but why? One common cause is candida overgrowth in the gut, the direct result of consuming processed sugars, “fortified” flours containing poisons like folic acid and other health-destroying “foods.”
5) Chronic inflammation. Most of what is promoted commercially as food these days is inflammatory, meaning it triggers an immune response as if it were a foreign invader. This constant attack on the immune system can lead to a host of debilitating health conditions — again, something that the government deliberately ignores at the expense of public health.
6) Allergies. Previous generations didn’t suffer from nearly the amount of allergy-related illnesses that people today do. Chemicals in the environment, a weakened immune system due to vaccinations, geoengineering and other factors are all linked to increases in allergies.
7) Autism. This is a hot-button issue these days, especially as the autism rate has increased by as much as 30-fold since the 1970s! Despite what the media claims, vaccines haven’t been ruled out as a cause, and neither have GMOs, household chemicals and other modern technological “advancements.” (see our Medical Medium product range for help resolving heavy metal posioning)
8) Cancer. In the very near future, it is expected that as many as one in three adults will have some form of cancer. And while a whole slew of alternative and natural treatments have been shown to help, the medical system is hellbent on reinforcing only slash-and-burn chemotherapy, radiation and surgery, which have repeatedly been shown not to work as claimed.
(see our Magic Protocol )
9) Morgellon’s disease. This controversial illness, which the medical system largely denies even exists, involves tiny thread-like objects that appear in people’s skin with no apparent cause. Morgellon’s has been extensively linked to “chemtrails” and geoengineering programs, which are also denied by authorities.
10) Dental fluorosis. This one is finally gaining some attention in the mainstream, particularly as the government decides to reduce recommended fluoride levels in public water. But we’re about 50 years too late, and most public water facilities continue to lace fluoride drugs into public water without informed consent or controlled dosages, exposing millions of people to this brain-damaging, health-destroying poison. (see our Iodine supplements to help with countering fluoride )
11) Chemical imbalances. Depression symptoms, inability to focus and learning disabilities abound in today’s world. And many known triggers, including exposure to artificial food coloring, nutrient deficiencies and junk “food” consumption continue to be ignored by authorities, leading more and more people into the drug-and-surgery-dominated medical racket, which generates trillions of dollars annually for the medical industry.
Nikola Tesla TOLD Walter Russell To HIDE His COSMOGONY From The World For 1,000 YEARS!
Russell spent a full 7 years to complete his book “The Universal One” which was to be given ONLY to the top scientists during the time, so there was a limited amount printed.

Nikola Tesla being one of the top Scientists/Engineers during that time met up with his friend, Walter Russell to discuss their ideas on cosmologies “, Tesla recognized the wisdom and power of Russell’s’ work and urged him to lock up his knowledge in a safe for one thousand years until man was ready for it. However, later on, because of how destructive humanity was heading, his wife Lao Russell felt it was necessary to release it to the public later on.
In one of Walter and Lao Russell’s books which is a masterpiece titled “Atomic Suicide?” Lao Russell wrote a brief introduction saying the following:
A list of the great educators and scientists, men who were associated with my husband during the more than forty years of his active work for the betterment of human relations in industry, would fill many pages. However, the list includes such men as, Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison, and many others. Letters, autographs and other historical documents from many of these celebrities are part of the museum of my husband’s work here at Swannanoa. ~ Lao Russell
An exact science of the One visible and invisible universe of Mind and the registration of all idea of thinking Mind in light, which is matter and also energy
WALTER RUSSEL WRITTEN FROM 1921 TO 1947.
Volume One – First Principles
Walter Russell was born before his time; his words hold even more value today as we shed the old paradigm and old belief systems of Universal knowledge and our relationship with Creator/Source. He was of Christ consciousness and from the little I know about reading Jesus’s teachings, they sound very similar. That we are our own creators, that our mind will create our realities and that all knowledge is inside of us, we don’t need to learn, just remember who we are. Below is the first part of this book, if you like what he has to say, then search him out and read his work it is freely available online.
The secret of Light – Walter Russell
PRELUDE from the Book ‘The Universal One’
The supreme service which man can render to evolving man is to answer for him, dynamically, the great heretofore unanswerable question concerning the One universal force which man calls God or Mind, or by other names.
For long ages man has impatiently awaited the knowledge which would tear away the veil from the invisible universe which lies beyond his perception and bring it within the range of both his perception and his exact comprehension.
Mathematical and measurable proof of the existence of but One Mind, One force and One substance would give to man absolute control over matter, the power to create, even as God creates, and within the same limitations.
Man is omnipotent when he but knows his omnipotence. Until that day he is but man.
Voltaire said that man could never comprehend God for man must be God to comprehend Him. Man is God and therefore God is within the comprehension of man.
Man is mind. Man is Matter. Mind and Matter are One. God is Mind
This is a universe of Mind, a finite universe, limited as to cause and to the effect of cause. A universe of limitations cannot be infinite. There is no infinite universe.
A finite universe, in which the effects of cause are limited, must also be limited as to cause; so when that measurable cause is known then can man comprehend and measure all effects. The effects of cause are complex and mystify man but cause itself is simple. The universe is a multiplicity of changing effects of but One unchanging cause.
All things are universal. Nothing is which is not universal. Nothing is of itself alone. Man and Mind and all creating things are universal. No man can say: “I alone am I”. There is but one universe, One Mind, One force, One substance. When man knows this in measurable exactness then will he have no limitations within those which are universal.
He will then know that all knowledge exists within man and is subject to his desire to recall it from within his inner Mind.
Knowledge is not acquired from without but merely recollected from within. The recollection of knowledge from within is an electro-magnetic process of thinking Mind which is as exactly under man’s control as is the generation of the same power in turn a wheel.
Man must “think in light”; his thinking must be in terms of the electro-magnetic periodicities which measure all motion, for of such is he himself, and nothing else.
To know how to think in light from within is to open the doors of all knowledge.
Omnipotence lies in perfect thinking. There is no power in this universe other than energy of thinking Mind. Thinking is the cause of motion and the periodicities, or states of motion caused by thinking Mind are registered in light which man calls “matter”.
Matter is light. Nothing ‘is’ which is not light.
We are prone to think that this civilization of ours is an extremely advanced one. On the contrary, man of today is an exceedingly primitive state of his evolution. He is a bearer of heavy burdens, sweating at heavy labor in the bowels of the earth because of his pitiful ignorance of universal power which awaits only his knowledge to render it available for his free use.
Knowledge of the One Thing will lift the yoke which man has placed on his own shoulders. The knowledge is herein written down in the language of a new dynamic science of new concepts which are measurable, which explain the heretofore unexplainable.
Language is lacking in words to express new knowledge. Seemingly contradictory words must be used in the hope that the intent will be understood by taking all that is herein written and putting it together, rather than in trying to find comprehension through the analysis of a few inadequate words in isolated paragraphs.
For all those questions which lie unanswered within the heart of man there is a dynamic answer, such an answer as two and two make four.
Faith and theory regarding the universal One need have no place in the thinking of man. They are wanderings in the dark. All things are answerable in Light.
The universe is tonal one, a dimensionless universe of light.
All nature is a series of orderly tonal periodicities of the One force, assembled into the complex idea of thinking Mind, and registered in light, or matter, or energy in interchanging potentials, all of which are variable, yet comprehensible and measurable states of motion of the One substance.
All dimension is an illusion, an appearance, due to rising potential, which must disappear into its inevitable sequence of lowering potential, and again appear in endless cycles of appearance, disappearance and re-appearance.
Ecstatic man is he who can think in those high octaves of the inner Mind which has been termed “spirit”.
Ecstatic man is inspired man of universal genius, of inner thinking.
Inspired man is he to come whose thinking will be from within, in light, and it will be an ecstasy of thinking which will produce enduring things. That work which is created in ecstasy of inner thinking can alone endure.
To think in light is not a new power being developed by evolving man. It is a power which is now within him awaiting only his knowledge of the use of that power. It is merely the recognition by man of his absolute control of the many dimensions of the universal constant of energy which constitutes the thinking process of Mind exactly as he can control the changing speeds of his motor car.
When man can change the low speed of his objective thinking in this universe of dimension to the high speed of his inner thinking where dimension disappears in light, then he is superman. Then he is universal genius.
Light is the universal language in which the Divine Concept is plainly written. Fundamentally wrong in its basic premises, and wasteful in its practise, man’s modern concept of the universe must be torn down and built again on truth as plainly told in light.
Primitive in his concepts, man divides the universe into the seen and the unseen, then finds himself groping in the dark, blindfolded, hopelessly trying to find the way to the door of the Holy of Holies.
There is no unseen universe. The way to that innermost sanctuary of the Most High is as clearly posted as the Lincoln Highway; but man has not been able to read the plainly worded messages written all along the way in light.
Man’s most wonderful of instruments, the spectroscope, has told him little, for he has not yet learned to read it. He does not know that those many lines of light are but letters of the alphabet of light in which the universal One registers His mighty thinking in the universal language of light.
The spectrum of iron is to man naught but the spectrum of iron. To the cosmic import of those many glowing lines he is indeed blind.
Again, in helium he reads the lines as helium’s lines and sees not in them the plain story simply told of six new elements of vast import awaiting man’s use in the easing of his burden.
And of those most important of the elements, which man calls the “inert gases”, nothing at all is known except that they will not combine with any other elements. O the pity of it!
Wrong concepts of the atom’s structure and the modern electric theory, of energy and its transmission, of conductivity, radiation and gravitation, and of that electro-chemical state of opposed motion called luminosity, all of these concepts of motion, and of matter, must be remoulded on truth.
With truth comes knowledge; and with knowledge power to transmute at will and simply, plentiful substances of matter into those which are the rarest, to meet the needs of man.
There is no substance which nature produces which man cannot produce or synthesize, or “create”from apparent nothingness when he knows that which is herein written down and charted. Man’s miracles of today become commonplace events of tomorrow.
Civilizations come and go, exalted by man’s thinking or by it plunged into the abyss of darkened ages.
This message is for all mankind and not for the few, for it is placing within the hands a power which could either glorify or frightfully enslave him in accord with the usage of that power.
Either way it matters not, for in the end truth will survive, or man will complete his destiny. Truth lives. There is naught but truth and that which appears to be otherwise has no existence and therefore is not, nor ever will be.

Of all the flavors to grace our palate, there is perhaps none as fascinating as that of bitterness. It is a flavor that is universally despised—used linguistically to characterise pain, harshness and things that are extremely difficult to bear.1 Yet, it is also a flavor used in cultures the world over to strengthen digestion, cleanse the body and build vitality—in short, considered an ingredient essential to good health.2,3
In fact, so many of the plants humans have traditionally used to tonify and heal the body are bitter tasting that we still today often rate the strength and usefulness of our medicine by how terribly bitter it tastes.
It is unfortunate, then, that our modern diet seems to be completely lacking in the wild bitter tasting plants our ancestors considered so fundamental to their health.4 Many of the diseases riddling our modern culture—from indigestion and gastric reflux to metabolic disorders ranging from elevated cholesterol to type 2 diabetes—seem to all point back to the deficiency of bitterness in our diets, and the lack of the protection and tone it imparts to our digestion and metabolic functions.5
NOT A MEDICINE BUT A NECESSITY
According to many, bitter herbs and foods play a helpful role in alleviating many of these conditions not so much because they act as specific remedies but because they provide components necessary to overall good health.4,5 It is very possible that the current national health crisis could be radically turned around simply by rebalancing our palate with the medicinal virtues of bitterness.
Why do so many cultures around the world revere bitter foods and herbs, not just as supplements, but as a necessary component of health?
To answer this question, let’s first consider the class of plant compounds collectively known as “bitters.” These compounds—including iridoids, sesquiterpene, lactones and alkaloids—occur widely throughout the plant kingdom. They are considered secondary plant metabolites— meaning that they serve no nutritional purpose to the plant, or for that matter, to us. Rather, these compounds are used by the plant to protect itself against microbes and oxidative damage, and to deter feeding by predators (such as us).3,6
AN EVOLVED TASTE
Researchers speculate that our bodies evolved to identify the bitter taste as an indication of toxicity, based on the natural aversion most mammals demonstrate towards bitter-tasting substances and the highly poisonous nature of some of these bitter compounds.7 However, this evolutionary aversion would be disadvantageous when humans were faced with bitter-tasting nutritional plant foods in times of famine, during which time periods, according to researchers, humans developed a selective tolerance for these bitter compounds.8,9
When eaten in small amounts, especially in combination with carbohydrates, the body is able to tolerate their presence; interestingly, many herbivores consume bitter-tasting plants selectively, deliberately choosing plants that are only mildly bitter, thus building up an immunity that helps protect the animal from the toxicity of highly bitter plants.10 This adaptation allowed us to profit from some of the beneficial roles these compounds perform in the plant, such as inhibiting the growth of microbes, protecting against oxidation, and reducing inflammation. 3,6 But most important, the protective mechanism designed to expel these potentially poisonous compounds from the body became muted and changed into a highly beneficial reflex that stimulates and tonifies our entire digestive tract.2 Humans eventually recognized the digestion-stimulating effects of bitters, and began to apply them in the diet for this purpose, as well as to promote appetite.

THE BITTER REFLEX AND ITS IMPLICATIONS
When a bitter substance is recognized by bitter receptors on the tongue, a chain of neural and endocrine events begins, labeled as the “bitter reflex.”2 Mediated by the release of the gastric hormone gastrin, this reflex results in an overall stimulation of digestive function, which over time strengthens the structure and function of all digestive organs (liver, stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, etc.).6 Let’s take a more in-depth look at this reflex.
Imagine you’ve tasted a bitter-tasting substance. Within fifteen to thirty minutes, your appetite is noticeably increased, your digestive juices are flowing, and your intestines begin to contract in anticipation of food.2,3,11
Starting in your mouth, you’ll notice that your salivary glands have increased their output of enzyme-rich saliva, helping to break down complex starches into smaller and more easily digested oligosaccharides. 2,3,11
In the stomach, the hormone gastrin has stimulated the secretion of hydrochloric acid.2,3,11 The acidity helps break down protein, enhances the bioavailability of many minerals (especially calcium) and destroys any harmful microbes present in your food.12 It’s interesting to note that more people have levels of gastric acid that are too low rather than the opposite, due to stress12 or simply aging.11 Low levels of gastric acid contribute to poor nutrition and increased susceptibility to gastrointestinal infections.11
Considered cooling by nature, bitters can reduce hot inflammatory conditions.11
Interestingly, low stomach acidity is associated with a variety of allergic and immune-mediated disorders, including asthma; skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis and rosacea; gallbladder disease and arthritis.2,14
Gastrin also stimulates secretion of pepsin—an enzyme necessary for breaking large protein molecules into smaller parts—and intrinsic factor, necessary for the absorption of vitamin B12.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine the bitter taste is associated with the small intestine and the heart. The Stomach is the ‘child’ of the Heart. If the Stomach is functioning well then the mother, the Heart is happy or less impacted. In this simple analogy we understand that Stomach energy must be in balance for Heart energy to be balanced. If you find yourself craving bitter foods your Heart may be asking for support. Foods beneficial for the Heart are watermelon, plum tomatoes and broccoli.
The smooth muscle of the stomach is also stimulated by the bitter reflex, which increases the rate of gastric emptying, and contracts the esophageal sphincter to prevent the movement of acidic stomach contents upwards into the esophagus. 2,3,11 Self-repair mechanisms in the intestinal wall are stimulated, enhancing cell division and growth.3,11 While many people with GERD are hesitant to partake of bitters due to the potential increase in stomach acidity, the combined effect of these actions actually can help this condition by ensuring that the stomach contents are moved downward rather than allowed to reflux back up and out of the stomach. Bitters also act to heal any damage done to the gastric mucosa.11
Down in the small intestine, the stimulation caused by the bitter taste prompts your liver to increase its production of bile, and your gallbladder to increase bile excretion.2,3,11 Bile is necessary for fat digestion and the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients such as vitamins A, D and E.12 Healthy bile flow helps rid the liver of waste products such as oxidized cholesterol and hormonal metabolites, prevents gall stone formation, and provides lubrication of the intestines, easing the passage of stool.4,12
It should not be surprising that by enhancing movement of waste products out of the liver, bitter herbs have been found to exert a protective effect in liver conditions such as hepatitis and cirrhosis.2
|COMMON BITTER HERBS
As noted above, some bitter herbs may surprise you. Yet, their classification is based on taste and as with the other primary tastes — salty, sour, and sweet — there are degrees of bitterness. As an introduction, here are 10 to ponder:
Angelica : Angelica archangelica. Dating back centuries, it’s been used to remedy colds and ailments such as rheumatism. Its properties make it a stimulant, stomachic and tonic. For liquors, it’s been used to flavor gin.
Chamomile : Matricaria chamomilla. A mild bitter herb used as a sedative and antispasmodic. Its curative properties include relief of both fever and restlessness.
Dandelion : Taraxacum. A mild bitter herb used as a blood cleanser and diuretic. Also said to lower cholesterol and blood pressure. Still used in traditional cooking in the Mediterranean and parts of Asia.
Milk Thistle : Silybum marianum. Also known as “sow-thistle,” this herb was likely one of the original bitter herbs. In healing, it’s known as a powerful liver detoxifier, as well as an antidote for Amanita-mushroom poisoning.
Peppermint : Mentha piperita. Roman naturalist Pliny the Elder wrote of peppermint, “The very smell of it alone recovers and refreshes the spirit.” The ancient herb is used as a flavor, a fragrance, and medicine. Peppermint oil is used to allay nausea and stomach aches.
Angelica Root : Angelica archangelica Supports respiratory health and good circulation. Supports normal digestion and joint mobility. Supports a healthy bladder. Helps the skin eliminate toxins.
Black Cohosh : Actaea racemosa traditional herb used for the relief of symptoms associated with the menopause. These include hot flushes, night sweats, poor sleep, mood changes and irritability and has been indicated for reducing inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and neuralgia.
Myrrh – a famous Biblical herb. Supports the body’s defence systems. For oral, throat, sinus and respiratory health. Helps support the digestive system. Aids in maintaining healthy skin.
Wormwood : Artemisia absinthium. A perennial plant used as an antiseptic, tonic, diuretic, and stomachic. The herb’s strong bitter taste is still used in wines and spirits, such as vermouth.
Senna Leaf : Senna alexandrina Supports the bowel.
Camphor : Cinnamomum camphora For respiratory system and heart health. Supports joint mobility and normal muscle function. To aid normal stress responses.
Rhubarb Root : Rheum palmatum Aids healthy intestinal motility. A healthy digestive tract removes debris efficiently. Assists the skin’s natural barrier.
Zedoary: Curcuma zedoaria Supports healthy digestive organs. A healthy digestive tract is free of bloating.
Manna (ash) : Fraxinus ornus – Supports digestive motility.
Carline Root : Carlina acaulis Supports healthy immune, respiratory, reproductive muscular systems, and normal bladder function.
Yarrow : Achilles millefolium. A flowering plant that produces a mild bitter herb used as an astringent and cold remedy. The entire herb can be used.
The effect of bitters also extends to the pancreas. With bitters, digestive enzyme secretions are increased, helping to promote the complete breakdown of nutrients into their absorbable units, preventing gas formation when large molecules are acted upon by bacteria further down the small intestine.2,11 The complete breakdown of proteins is particularly important, as the cross reactivity of immune cells between undigested protein molecules and intestinal cells plays an important role in the etiology of conditions such as celiac disease.15
Insulin and glucagon secretions are stimulated, helping to stabilize blood sugar levels.3,11 Many bitters formulations have been traditionally used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, and it is interesting to point out that many naturally sweet substances are often paired with some bitterness in nature.4,11 Herbalist Jim McDonald hypothesizes that our cravings for sweetness may mask cravings for bitterness for this reason.4
Thus, the taste of bitter can be used to strengthen the most fundamental aspect of our health—the ability to extract the nutrients from our foods and nourish our bodies. Taken over time, they will lessen symptoms of poor digestive function such as gas and bloating, constipation, loose stools and food allergies;2,11 enhance vitamin and mineral absorption;4 promote balanced blood sugar levels;3,4 protect the liver and strengthen eliminatory function;3,11 heal inflammatory damage to the gut wall;3,11 and reduce the incidence of allergic disorders.2,14 In short, the daily use of bitters can address some of the most rampant and heavily medicated health conditions of our time.4
ADDING BITTERS TO YOUR DIET
Historically, the use of bitters has been more of a culinary tradition than a medicinal one. Perhaps our ancestors understood better than we do today the concept of prevention, of keeping well through strengthening our system rather than fighting an already established disease process. Most bitters were taken in the form of bitter wild greens eaten before a meal, or alcoholic beverages, known as apéritifs, brewed with bitter and aromatic herbs.2,4 These traditions still exist today—serving a salad or cocktail before a meal—but unfortunately the bitter taste is now often lacking.4
A good way to bring bitterness into your life is to incorporate the bitter taste of nutrient dense greens into your salads. Chicory, dandelion, rocket, radicchio or endive are all wonderfully complex-tasting greens that can be found in your garden or local farmers’ market. Slowly increase their proportion to the sweeter tasting lettuces to build up your tolerance. Bitter tasting roots, such as dandelion or burdock, can also be included in stir-fries or soups.
You might also try partaking of a bitter tincture or cocktail before meals such as Swedish Bitters. There are many traditional apéritifs available on most bar menus, including such traditional blends as Angostura bitters, Campari, Cynar, or Peychaud’s bitters. Not surprisingly, many of these liqueurs were initially marketed as health tonics.16 Urban Moonshine, an herbalist-owned botanical company located in Vermont, has reinfused this old world tradition with a healthful and contemporary twist by blending all organic and locally sourced herbs into a delicious bitters tonic full of gentle, tonifying bitter herbs and spices. Their line of original, maple or orange bitters make for particularly delicious apéritifs. Visit urbanmoonshine.com for recipes.
In the busy-ness of everyday life, the most convenient method of using bitters may be to take a small amount of bitters tincture (alcoholic extract) in a little water before you eat—as you might lose your day job if you fix yourself a bitter cocktail at work! Swedish bitters is a formula easily found on healthfood store shelves, and is based on a traditional blend of herbs created by the physician Paracelsus in the sixteenth century.
Do exercise caution with this product if you are prone to constipation, as several of the ingredients have a strongly stimulating action on the colon wall, creating a potential for dependency. 2,3,6 Most herb companies offer various “bitters formulas” created from somewhat gentler herbs such as Swedish Bitters, and they are becoming increasingly available in natural foods stores. Herb Pharm, Wise Woman Herbals, Avena Botanicals and Urban Moonshine all offer organically certified bitters blends in convenient, transportable sizes. Most local herbalists and small scale herbal companies will also offer a bitters blend. Please visit the websites listed below for specific product information.

T the biggest epi-eugenics program that is being waged on humanity is the neo-feminism movement. Now, before you think that we’re saying that Feminine is unholy, of course we’re not saying that, we’re referring to a new kind of in-authentic feminine which is being engineered to create a gender war by skewing the natural dynamics within the relationships to ultimately reduce world population and disempower the males.
Epi-Eugenics – The State’s Control of Biological Expression & Sexuality
The neo-feminism movement is the idea that seeks to set and control the perceptions of what the human female finds attractive and/or desirable in a potential mating partner. And what they are doing, is getting women opposed to the idea of mating with someone that has very strong feelings for human freedom, that is the rebel type, a person that will not stand down, and will assert their rights in standing up to the state, something like the Braveheart quality which resides in the male. Traditionally this was the type of man the female would be drawn to as a protector, but not any more it seems. Read More
